SHIPPING & RETURNS

With the variety of colors and items that are offered, we do not keep all styles, sizes, colors etc. in stock.  Your order goes to the warehouse within 1-2 days of us receiving it.  Usually the garments are on the West Coast and we have them in hand shortly there after.  Once in-house there is a quick turnaround (1-2 days) to embroider your piece(s).  You will receive emails updating the status of your order.  Our goal is to turn your order around in 5-7 business days.  If garments are coming from midwest or east coast wharehouses, it will take a little longer.  Any questions can be emailed to us at humboldtembroidery@gmail.com
